Bao Drop ("the game") is a mobile game made by Digital Commerce Lab ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have.
None. The game has no accounts, no sign in, no chat and nothing to type in. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or precise location.
Your game progress (levels, stars, scores, coins, dumplings found, settings and a game in progress) is saved only on your device. We do not receive it. Uninstalling the game deletes it. If you use Android backup, Google may back up this data to your Google account under Google's own terms.
The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show ads, measure them, limit how often you see them and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and processes information from your device, including:
Google may use this information to show personalized ads where the law and your choices allow it, and non-personalized ads otherwise. We ask Google to show only ads rated suitable for general audiences with parental guidance (PG).
To understand how the game is played and make it better, the game uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service of Google LLC. It collects:
We never send your name, email address or anything you type. We look at this information only in summarized form, for example to see how many players come back the next day or which level is too hard.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads or analytics storage are used. The game follows your answer using Google consent mode:
You can change your choice at any time in the game's Settings under "Privacy choices".

The game is meant for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
We do not sell your personal information. The information described above is collected by Google through AdMob and Firebase. We do not share information with anyone else.
Information sent to Google's advertising and analytics services is encrypted in transit.
You can delete game data on your device at any time as described above. Analytics data is not linked to your name or contact details, only to a random app instance ID, and is deleted when it reaches the retention period set in Google Analytics. You can also email us with any request about your data, including deletion, and we will respond within 30 days. For information held by Google, use the controls in your Google account and Android settings.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
